How we use your data

  • ·To provide and operate the RaceTeamOS platform.
  • ·To power AI Crew Chief recommendations — your race data is used exclusively to improve recommendations for your own team, never shared with or used to improve recommendations for other teams.
  • ·To send you important account and service notifications.
  • ·To diagnose technical issues and improve the platform.
  • ·We do not sell your data. We do not share your race data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data storage and security

  • ·Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States.
  • ·We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
  • ·Access to your data is restricted to authorized RaceTeamOS personnel for support and maintenance purposes only.
  • ·We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your rights

  • ·Access: you can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export.
  • ·Correction: you can edit or correct your data at any time within the application.
  • ·Deletion: you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
  • ·Portability: exported data is provided in standard CSV and JSON formats.

  • ·RaceTeamOS uses session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for the application to function.
  • ·We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
